I'd love to be able to travel the world and buy the World Tour beads in person. But realistically I have to let my virtual fingers do the walking and find the beads on-line. Three sets have been released so far and if you haven't been able to secure any here are some helpful suggestions.
Germany - German shops are permitted to sell on ebay at regular retail prices. Search the following seller IDs to find the beads in stock: sternchen1062, schmuck-domizil, dezaru
Italy - Italy also permits ebay sales, so search seller IDs: pesco-clock or rcanone-rcanone
Next on the World Tour stop is the Netherlands, I can't wait to see what this release will be!!!
